How To Begin Manifesting

Okay, manifestation! One of the most magical actions humans perform (consciously or unconsciously). Definitely top 5.

It’s exciting that learning how to begin manifesting is becoming more and more of a hot topic. Every day more books and influencers are talking about the power of manifestation but it’s kind of a complicated practice.

It’s actually not complicated at all though my friends, and I’m going to break it all down for you with my first-hand experience.

What is manifestation?

I’m glad you asked :3 Well when you ask google… There’s a lot. And none of the text book definitions really cover what manifestation means (well the way we’re talking about it) in this context. The closest thing was: “a version or incarnation of something or someone”

Because you are creating a version of something or yourself with your aligned thought and action.

Blah blah blah. What is manifestation, for real?

Okay manifestation is basically bringing something you desire into existence. I know it sounds a little magical – but that’s because it kind of is.

Before you dip out thinking this is all spiritual mumbo-jumbo hold on. Manifestation and the Law of Attraction literally go hand-in-hand.

It’s scientifically proven. With laws and stuff.

What am I able to manifest?

Anything.

You can literally bring all the good you want into your life by manifesting it through aligning yourself with the goal, setting intention, putting forth action and working with the Law of Attraction.

Whether you want to manifest an experience, financial abundance, material things, career things, body things. ALL THE THINGS. You wanna follow these steps.

Let’s break it down.

Step 1. Get the right mindset.

It all starts with releasing any limiting beliefs. Stop telling yourself you can’t because whatever.

You can’t because you’re saying you can’t, man. Knock that off. In every aspect of your thinking.

Everything is about mindset but especially with manifestation as it literally begins in your sweet noggin. This is the fun and empowering part, when you realize the power that your mind and thoughts hold to create.

If you are capable of looking up to and admiring someone else do something totally badass, why in the world would you think you can’t do the same thing? With time and dedicated focus you can do absolutely anything, sunshine.

Stop telling yourself that you are limited to todays constructs.

Start telling yourself that the things holding you back today will not hold you back forever because you are creating a new reality where those things, just don’t cause issue.

And begin going into every day with this mindset, ready to conquer and laser focused on what you’re creating not what is holding you back.

NOTHING can hold you back unless you let it.

Step 2. Align yourself with a goal.

What do you want? Are you looking to travel the world? To lose or gain the weight you’re insecure about? Financial abundance? What is it?

Really think about it. If you were to be given the opportunity to write a book about your perfect life, what would you write?

Cause guess what, I’m reminding you of that opportunity right now, because Sun came up this morning which means it’s the perfect day to start writing your perfect life and start living it just as fast.

Whatever your goal or vision is, align yourself with it. Set your sights on it and engulf yourself in it. Start learning about it, ways to make it possible, steps to take.

Daydream about what it will feel like to achieve the things in your vision, and really feel them. Allow yourself to get immersed in the feeling of whatever you’re manifesting being yours for the first time.

Step 3. Setting your intention.

You’ve aligned with your goal(s) and are inspired and motivated to press on. But guess what? Inspiration and motivation only get you so far, because just like joy and happiness, these are fleeting feelings.

We need a little more grit to make sure you have have a purpose behind it all when you’re not feeling like there’s any point to keep going.

It all starts with defining your why. WHY are you truly looking to manifest this into your life? Everyone’s why for every different manifestation is going to be different.

So really tune into yourself and ask yourself why you want that thing that keeps popping into your head overtime you think about what you want to manifest.

Is your why going to improve your quality of life? Make you feel more confident? Allow you to have priceless experiences?

These are all reasons enough to get you out of the bed and moving when you just want to cancel the day.

Define what you’re why is and maybe write it down, it helps solidify your intention and gives you something to look back on or reference if you’re feeling a little lost.

Step 4. Put forth Action.

Okay now this seems like it should be obvious, but your manifestation-magic doesn’t work unless you are constantly putting energy into it. How do you do that?

With thoughts of course but most importantly, your actions.

Every single day begin to breathe life into what it is that you’re looking to bring into your life.

Are you looking to start a new business? Then start researching licensing, tax info and other bureaucratic logistics EVEN if you’re not in a place to actually start a business yet.

You won’t get there if you keep waiting.

Then, once you’ve got the information together and written down, start making contacts and networking, reaching out for quotes and numbers to add to your little black manifestation notebook.

And keep on keeping on.

Before you know it you’ll find doors opening before you left and right just by simply putting action toward your goals. Even if it feels like insignificant action in the beginning.

This is just an example to say keep. Working. Toward whatever it is.

Step 5. Work WITH the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction is the belief that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life.

If you have set your goals, intentions and are taking action toward your desired outcome then seriously, don’t self sabotage by practicing negative self talk.

It’s so important to keep your thoughts A. on the important pig picture and B. the silver lining.

Be your own hype man and constantly remind yourself when doubt starts to creep in that this is all apart of the journey, everything is for a purpose because you are living in alignment with what feels right.

Everything else will work itself out. Just trust the process.

Have patience.

And have gratitude.
